Any sauce/"topping" suggestions to pair with Pasta (with beans/meat/tomatoes) instead of ketchup?
Best answer: I keep jarred pasta sauce and if my pasta is too dry, I add more..no need to worry about it spoiling as it easily lasts a week or more.

OK, most people mix them together. You don't dip noodles in sauce then eat them. You top noodles with sauce and eat them. All noodles taste identical, they just have different shapes. Not sure how different you think it's going to taste. Ketchup of noodles is pretty gross. Just add more tomato sauce, or. Better yet. Stop over starving yourself pasta. Scoop some out. Put sauce on top, stir, see if it's enough. If not add more sauce. if it's too much add more noodles. You're making this into something super complicated and it's literally putting sauce on noodles. A 10 year old can figure this out. I'm sure you can manage.
Just leave the ketchup off and have the foresight, keeping in mind what happened last time, to not use so much pasta this time.
