If a job interviewer asks you what your weaknesses are, is it fair to ask him what the weaknesses are of his company?

Many interviewers ask what you're weaknesses are they don't expect that question to be thrown back at their faces. I don't think they would want to disclose that information any ways so you can't take advantage of them. So don't bother asking a question like that.

Only if you don't want to work there! No-one employs a smart alec if they can avoid it. I agree, asking what your weaknesses are is a pathetic interview question as no-one is going to give a true answer (even if they know what their real weaknesses are).

He/she would answer, "no job for you".
